We currently ship to destinations within Canada and the United States of America only. For international orders outside of North America, please contact

Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receiving. You will be notified via email if an item is temporarily out of stock and is on backorder. Orders will be shipped through Canada Post. Shipping time is based on the carrier. Please be advised that Canada Post does not operate during weekends and holidays recognized in Canada.

If customs duty charges apply based on the ship-to destination, customers are responsible for covering such fees.


Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging and items must be in the same condition they were in when received.


Non-returnable items:
Downloadable software products, such as e-books

A receipt or proof of purchases is required for all returns.

Refunds will not be granted if:

-An item shows apparent signs of use

-Item is not in the original condition it was in when shipped out after purchase

-Item is damaged
-Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to advise that your returned item has been received. We will also advise if your refund request has been approved or denied based on the abovementioned criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied through your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
